Marco Motta in Juventus, Mexes to follow
Sky Sports Italia claims that Udinese defender Marco Motta agreed to join Juventus Turin on a season long loan deal. The Italian right back started his career in Atalanta Bergamo and after one season there he signed a contract with Udinese. He had 36 appearances and managed to score only once for the team from Friuli. Last 3 years he spent on loans in Torino and Roma. His international career started in 2002. in the Italian U-16 team, and he was, also, a member of all Italian youth national teams. From 2005-2009 he played for Italian U-21 squad. Motta will arrive on a loan deal, but Juventus will have the option to buy his full rights for around €5million.

Juventus is also interested in the French defender Philippe Mexes from Roma. Some reports suggest that the centre-back is not satisfied with his status and that he wants to leave the club from The Eternal City. The main reason for his discontent was the lack of first team opportunities during the last season under Claudio Ranieri. Mexes is tied to the Roman club until 2011, but he is in no mood to renew his deal. This is the reason why Roma would prefer to cash in on him now, rather than risk losing him on a free transfer.
